Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Marketing / Business Management, or equivalent.
• Preferably one year of related working experience in an educational institution.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• A self-motivated person
• Creative and commercial awareness. The ability to do design in Canva / Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage.
• Able to work both independently and in a team
• The ability to speak and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Experience operating social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
• Plan and implement effective marketing strategies to promote programmes offered by the academy.
• Conduct market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning, and awareness of the academy and the programmes offered.
• To monitor competitors’ activities & marketing campaigns.
• To work closely with the sales team in pre-sales and post-sales.
• Handle social media accounts, including creating and posting.
• Write and edit effective content to engage the target audience across social media platforms.
• Conduct research on current trends and targeted audiences on social media platforms.
• Analyze video analytics and insights to develop optimization plans.
• Generate copywriting for captions and knowledge of hashtag and engagement strategy.
• To maintain a calendar of project deadlines and content launch dates.
• Brainstorm idea scheming for creativity and storyboard for Video Making & Social Media campaigns.
• Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Responsible for social media platform layout, content production, supervision, and implementation.
• Manage and set up a digital marketing campaign and report for the entire campaign.
• Build a good relationship and collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
